EIZO's Unique Algorithm for Advanced Capabilities - unveiled ColorEdge PROMINENCE CG1 Monitor
The CG1 model is the newest version of Eizo’s ColorEdge family, featuring a stunning 30.5-inch DCI-4K HDR display, impressive brightness levels, and a handy built-in calibration sensor.
The CG1 model takes over from the ColorEdge Prominence CG3146, boasting an impressive brightness of 1000 cd/m2 and a stunning contrast ratio of 1,000,000:1. It’s equipped to handle hybrid log-gamma (HLG) and the perceptual quantization (PQ) curve, making it perfect for displaying and editing HDR content across a range of media. Additionally, this monitor comes with a built-in calibration sensor, a feature that first appeared in Eizo’s HDR reference monitors. Eizo claims that this sensor is designed to keep color accuracy in check over time, making color management a breeze for production studios.
When you pair EIZO’s ColorNavigator 7 software with their network service, you can easily manage ColorEdge monitors from various locations. This is super useful for remote production teams who are collaborating on the same project but are spread out across different places.
